Diana's Casuals sells to retailer's who provide a State Tax ID Number. Diana's Casuals website does not sell to the general public.

Order Minimum
All website orders need to have a $150.00 minimum.

Credit Terms
Diana's Casuals website orders will be credit card shipped unless credit terms have been established with our credit department.

Shipping Terms
All orders will be shipped UPS ground.

Return Policy
All shortage claims are to be done within three days of receiving your order. All damage claims must be made within seven days of receiving your order.

Out of Stock Items
If a item is not in stock at time of shipping the item will be automatically cancelled on all website orders. If you would like the item to be placed on backorder please advise.
